The logo of The Stop-Gaps Cultural Academy is unique in its combination of the elements of music, dance and drama.
At first instance, it appears as a mere Treble Clef, but on closer inspection, it also incorporated a Bass Clef in its design and together, both denote music.
Within this framework of the Treble Clef is the clever representation of dance denoted by the upturned arm in classical ballet style and the outstretched foot in Indian Bharat Natyam – the art forms transcending all boundries.
The Bass Clef is embellished with strokes to give the impression of an eye which is the mirror of the soul, expressed in drama.
The two dots of the Bass Clef double as a colon to indicate that The Stop-Gaps Cultural Academy is a distinct part of this whole symbolic idea.
